  1. Prepare 1 of sesame seeded Bagel.
  2. You need 2 of Cherry tomatoes sliced.
  3. You need 1 slice of Hallumi Cheese.
  4. You need 1 tbls of Soft Cheese Spread.
  5. It's 2 of thin slices of Smokey back bacon (not too salty).

I cried because I felt lucky to have the bagel. I felt, believe it or not, proud to have this bagel — and the five or six other bags of bagels that I know are on top of my fridge and in my freezer. And yes I'm crying while I write this. Sharing with you my morning routine.

  1. Cut across and Toast the two halves of the bagel..
  2. Grill the bacon and hallumi slice..
  3. Add the Soft cheese to the top half of the bagel butter the bottom..
  4. Slice the cherry tomatoes and warm them under the grill or on a grill pan..
  5. Add the bacon when cooked to the bottom half of the Bagel..
  6. Next add the grilled hallumi.
  7. Then add the slices of cherry tomatoes all around..
  8. Then add the top and Enjoy..

Of course, everyday is different but this is pretty much what I try to do every morning to set up my day. I spread peanut butter on a wheat bagel every morning for breakfast. Delicious alone or combined with peanut butter or cream cheese. Works on its own because it is so creamy and smooth. Delicious on a not-too-sweet bagel, like plain or whole wheat.
