- You need 150 g of pre roasted butternut squash, diced.
- Prepare 400 g of tinned chickpeas, drained.
- You need Handful of fresh coriander.
- It's 1 of huge spring onion or 2 normal size! Finely chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin.
- You need 1 tsp of smoked paprika.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of dried chilli flakes.
- You need 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 1 of lemon both zest and juice.
- It's of Generous pinch of salt and black pepper.
- You need of Pumpkin seeds to garnish.
